Refunds & Returns Policy

At Floriography Studio, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and designed with care. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Fresh Flowers

Because fresh flowers are a perishable product, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

- A replacement arrangement

- A partial or full refund

- A store credit

All resolutions are offered at the discretion of Floriography Studio.

Funeral & Sympathy Arrangements

Funeral flowers are bespoke and made to order. Once production has begun, these orders are non-refundable.

If you need to amend or cancel a funeral order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be considered only if materials have not yet been purchased or prepared.

Delivery Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.​

Seasonal Substitutions

All arrangements are created using seasonal flowers. While we always work to honour the chosen design, meaning, and colour palette, specific blooms may be substituted when necessary. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds.

Workshops & Events

Tickets for workshops, classes, or events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

Non-Floral Items

Non-perishable items (such as vases or sundries) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
